DESCRIPTION: Fashion scuba fabric is a double-knit polyester and spandex blend that mimics the look and feel of neoprene but is lighter, more elastic, and doesn’t use actual neoprene or rubber. The fabric is approximately eighth of an inch thick, smooth, has a high thread count, and slightly spongy fabric is known for itsstructure, body, durability, and inherent stretch that make it ideal for creating garments that hold their shape, and its lack of fraying allows for raw-edge finishing in some applications.

USES: Dresses, skirts, activewear, jackets, coats, cosplay, costumes, special event dcor, Christmas dcor, accessories, such as handbags and headbands.
