This is a high quality white 100% cotton interfacing with biodegradable adhesive, which is woven and fusible. This means you can iron it onto your fabric in the places you need it, such as collars, cuffs and plackets.A medium weight interfacing fabric, it is suitable for use with similar weight fabrics like linen and heavier cottons, including outerwear, as it helps maintain the structure of these heavier fabrics.

Manufacturers instructions –Use a steam iron; glide iron slowly over each area 6 times, applying steam and pressure.
