Fabric recommendations:

Fabric type: Choose stretch jersey, power stretch, rib knit, microfiber, or a soft Supplex-like fabric.

Fibre content: High percentage of polyester or nylon with at least 15-20% elastane (spandex) for optimal stretch and recovery. Weight:

Light to medium weight (approx. 160-220 g/m2) for a comfortable fit without adding bulk.

Moisture regulation: Prefer fabrics with moisture-wicking properties to stay fresh during exercise.

Finishing tip: Use flatlock seams for minimal friction and ensure a smooth, comfortable finish.
