Baltic/White/Navy Blended Cotton Woven

As stunning as can be, here is a Baltic blue blended cotton woven containing clear blue plastic threads throughout providing a texture similar to raffia. Consisting of an intricate twill weave, this material is as dynamic in character as it gets. Soft, yet textural, this material would work best turned into fabulous coats, capes and ponchos. Although completely opaque, lining this coating may be optimal for ease on/off and for comfortability purposes.
