The Ruby Bag is a smaller-sized purse that can be worn cross-body, over the shoulder, or as a wrist pouch. It has a slightly curved top portion and a flat body. This makes it sit nicely against the body.

Fabrics recommended: for the exterior, I am using quilting cotton and vinyl. For the lining, I am using quilting cotton. However, if you are experimental, all wovens, such as quilting cotton, lawn, broadcloth, linen, lightweight canvas, chambray, and lightweight types of denim, will work.

Materials required:

1 roll SHH vinyl OR cork (you will have left over material to make more bags)

3/4yard lining fabric (generous in case of miscuts)

1yd 20″ wide SF101

#5 size zippers by the yard (32″ total length)

2 D-rings, 2 lobster clasps 3/4″ wide

Optional adjustable slider 3/4″ wide
