Alternating layers of fine lambswool yarns are woven throughout the weft in natural sheep’s fleece white and a melange yarn of cool grey accentuated with the characteristic Donegal flecks of the most natural; sand, coal and peat hues. Warp yarns of cool (almost quartz) like grey accentuate the fine chevrons of the herringbone weave.

This first-rate throw is elevated further with graduated horizontal stripes in complementary hues of cool sand, lichen green, rust and a deeper block of pewter grey which bears richer tones of, sand-camel and coal in its characteristic Donegal flecks.
