Hiro - Simple Pincushion - Various Colors Red

This is a palm sized simple beech tree wood base pincushion. The pincushion is made from Noto Futakoshi Chirimen, which has a unique texture. Each piece is threaded by hand with care one-by-one, to give it a beautiful texture. Chirimen textiles have been made in Japan since the 16th century. As with all hand made products, variances are to be expected.
